SECOND FLOOR 1821 SQ FT – MASTER BEDROOM SUITE, 3 other BEDROOMS, LINEN CLOSET, 2 FULL BATHS, BONUS ROOM – 651 SQ FT

Roomy covered PORCH wraps around to the side of the house where french doors open to the DINING ROOM so your guests can be seated directly at the table without going through the whole house. Or enter the front door onto a tiled FOYER. Ahead and slightly to the right is the staircase. An immediate right turn takes you to the spacious LIVING ROOM and you can pass through the archway to the DINING ROOM. To the right of the stairs is the DEN that would also be a great office for work-at-home mom or dad.

At the back of the house is the large ISLAND KITCHEN with PANTRY shelves, corner sink overlooking the backyard, and built in desk – great for the serious cooks. The connecting FAMILY ROOM has an inviting corner gas fireplace for snuggling into a comfy chair with a good book. Upstairs are the BEDROOMS and BONUS ROOM.

Aspen Butte is in the Cascade Range of southern Oregon near Upper Klamath Lake.
